Renewal Groups

Renewal = Healing + Awareness + Attunement + Joy

We offer two routes of personal development, a fortnightly closed group with on-going regular membership which is run on a therapeutic basis, and a bi-monthly drop-in group with moving membership run as a mixed agenda group addressing therapeutic, coaching and supervisory needs as the membership dictates.

The fortnightly groups are closed groups whose members are interviewed (free of charge) prior to admission, so that they might appreciate a longer committment of 2 years plus is to be expected. Members develop close attachments in this group which can become a symbolic family where earlier issues might be addressed. Members are expected to give two full sessions notice after stating their intention to leave so that 'endings' might be addressed in a healthy manner by themselves and their peers alike. Fee for the fortnightly group is £25 per 2 hour group, 7.45-9.45 pm.

The bi-monthly Saturday Group has a differing membership each time and may be used as a place to check-out life plans, receive quality feedback, to release tensions and to luminate understanding of our potential blind spots. Those new to Gestalt have also found it to be a valuable taster of this way of working. Fee for the day is £75 and a light lunch is provided.
