Professional Qualifications Available

European Association for Gestalt in Leadership & Organisation Development (EAGLOD)

Certificate in Gestalt Practice:

To acquire a Certificate in Gestalt from the European Association for Gestalt in Leadership and Organisational Development (EAGLOD):- First, attendence at four workshops. Second, submit an account of your learning 1,000-2,000 words (rough drafts maybe discussed with the primary facilitator prior to submission).

Diploma in Gestalt Practice:

First: attend a further 4 Gestalt in Action Workshops as a co-facilitator. Second: write-up a case study of your professional practice 4,000-5,000 words illuminating how you employ Gestalt principles to your work - be this coaching or counselling, management or teaching, group facilitation or team leadership, community healing or conflict resolution or self development or spiritual inquiry (feel free to send rough drafts to the workshop facilitator for help or advice).

The Certificate has been used by earlier qualifiers to reduce Open University credits at degree level and the Diploma has been accredited at post graduate level by several academic boards. These qualifications are validated by the European Association of Gestalt in Leadership and Organisational Development (EAGLOD) which is affiliated to the European Gestalt Psychotherapy for Psychotherapy (EAGT)
