Amy Barnes

Amy is an organisational development consultant, executive coach, group facilitator and trainee psychotherapist. She completed her MBA at Warwick Business School with Distinction in 2003 and is currently working towards an MA in Gestalt Psychotherapy at the Gestalt Centre in London. Her last corporate experience was Organisational Effectiveness Lead for a multinational biologics firm. She has been running her own consulting business since 2003 and has built up a client list encompassing blue-chip companies, government, small charities and individuals. She works in a multi-disciplinary way and frequently improvises and co-creates with clients in the here and now.

Karen Welch is the founder of Presence Consulting. During her career she has worked with senior managers experiencing positional loneliness and the inevitable sense of vulnerability inherent in roles responsible for complex systems. Tessa Sharp 

Tessa has international experience of facilitating change and organisational learning. Her forte is helping teams explore their interpersonal dynamics and the impact of these upon individuals and the working community’s ability to deliver excellence. She has an MSc in ‘Change Agent Skills & Strategies’; is Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) accredited and is an NLP Master Practitioner & Trainer. She works from a framework of humanistic and Gestalt principles and is currently studying for a Diploma in Leadership & Organisational Development with the European Association for Gestalt in Leadership and Organisational Development.  Her client list includes KPMG, Emap Radio, The Body Shop International, The British Council, the National Health Service, the Commissioning Support Programme, the Crown Prosecution Service, the Ministry of Defence and HMRC.
