This group is designed to help you become fully alive - now.

Many sole practitioners lack opportunity to receive quality peer feedback & find this drop-in group a useful supplement to their personal/professional development. If you would like to explore yourself & your relationships, to sample Gestalt & group facilitation, or re-vision your life & expand your awareness please join us. Come as a peer & claim your power & place as a fellow explorer alongside others. We employ an holistic model of facilitation drawn primarily from Gestalt, but informed by Psychodynamics, Philosophy, Humanism & Transpersonal psychology, Taoism & Buddhism.

This group meets every two months & has a moving membership, it is open to everyone. At each meeting there are some regulars, some irregulars plus a new face or two. Some come to experience an organically flowing Gestalt group where the themes naturally arise from negotiation or being together; some come to explore their relationships, others to expand their awareness through quality feedback. One recent participant sent the following appreciation:

"It was good to see you and to meet such great people on Saturday. I found the level of sharing and discussion really rich with much to reflect on over the past couple of days.

The group process particularly helped me explore energy flow, how to have good contact with others and maintain my energy levels without moving into isolation. So much came from group themes as well - compassion for and parenting of ones self as well as others. I wonder what grand parenting ones self would look like - very loving and quite indulgent I imagine!

Thank you for your alert and warm facilitation which enabled so much to happen."

Acceptance to the group is on a first come basis. (Up to 10 places are available).

7 Ridgeway Road the venue for the group is 10 minutes walk from Redhill Station – every 30 mins London Bridge, Victoria and/or Waterloo; we are 10 minutes drive from the M25, please email for further directions or see 'contact us' on this website.
